• Hotel and flight is not included in the standard fees however upon receipt of your registration, Conferenzia World will offer discounted hotel rates for its delegates in the same 4-star or 5-star hotel the event will be held.
• All ‘Early Bird’ discounts are subject to availability and require payment before the deadline date in order to receive that discount.
• Conferenzia World reserves the right to determine who is a vendor/solution provider.
• Any discounts offered (including early bird and team discounts) are subject to availability and require payment at the time of registration.
