Job description:

Conferenzia World is a professional business transformation conference organizer with diverse expertise tapping into key issues affecting various global markets. Our services also include connecting buyers and sellers of natural resources by providing them with accurate and current business intelligence through our thorough industrial research at the highest quality. Applicants must be EU citizens or have the necessary visa/work permissions to work legally in the Czech Republic.

About the role:

  • Conducting Internet-based research to gain market leads and acquire market knowledge Tele-sales (calling prospective clients)
  • Negotiating with top-level decision makers from the leading companies all over the world
  • Meeting personal and team targets

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in Written & Spoken English (other languages are a plus)

Currently, we are searching for a highly motivated and talented professional business event organiser with outstanding communication and research skills, whom will be responsible for the production and development of conference program which includes speaker acquisition and topic structuring.

About the role:

"I enjoyed the summit as I learnt a lot about current CX and Digital Transformation challenges. Great minds came together to discuss our experience about People-Oriented CX. It is really hard to change processes and priorities in organizations even though there are clear data-driven reasons and explanations. I was amused to see how companies from different verticals – such as theme parks, retail stores or FMCG brands – approach CX and what initiatives they have to learn more about customer needs. Neticle has an important role in driving this shift for clients - it takes time and CX managers need partners and support from the other departments as well.
